New Dickey’s Barbecue in Colorado Springs Celebrates New Location
(Colorado Springs, CO) Starting Wednesday, April 2 at 11:00a.m., the Dickey’s Barbecue Pit in Colorado Springs is hosting a three-day grand opening party. The first 50 guests will receive a gift card for up to $50 and the party continues for three days.
Bob and Barbara Rusnak opened their first Colorado Springs location after careers in the Air Force. They attended Barbecue University in Dallas, Texas to learn the Dickey’s Barbecue business concept and smoking techniques. This is their second location in Colorado Springs.
“There is a niche for slow smoked Texas barbecue in Colorado Springs,” said local franchise owner Bob Rusnak. “Guests love the food and we can’t wait to celebrate our newest location with the community.”
Thursday, come on in for Dickey’s Barbecue merchandise giveaways. Friday, radio station Cat Country will be onsite from 11:00 p.m. to 1:00p.m and this location will be serving $2 pulled pork barbecue sandwiches. There will also be a lucky winner chosen for a $500 gift card.
The new Dickey’s Barbecue Pit in Colorado Springs is located at 4140 Austin Bluffs Pkwy and the store phone number is (719) 593-5039. This is the 10th Dickey’s Barbecue Pit location in Colorado.
