The new Dickey’s Barbecue Pit in Bellevue will be open on Thursday, February 6 at 11:00a.m and the first 50 customers will receive a gift card for up to $50. “There is nothing like Dickey’s Barbecue Pit in the Bellevue area,” said local owner Daniel Hsu. “I’m very excited for locals to try a fast casual restaurant that serves authentic pit-smoked barbecue.” Friday will be a day of merchandise giveaways. Saturday, the day kicks off with radio station 100.7 FM from noon to 2:00p.m.and this location will be serving $2 Pulled Pork Barbecue sandwiches. One lucky winner will get a $500 gift card good at any Dickey’s Barbecue Pit. Daniel Hsu was an accountant before owning a Dickey’s Barbecue Pit and has been in the Bellevue area for about 2 years. His family owns three Dickey’s Barbecue Pit locations in California. Hsu hopes to open more locations in the future.
