Dickey’s Barbecue Pit Celebrates New West Milwaukee Location

(Milwaukee, WI) Starting Thursday, January 23, Dickey’s Barbecue in Milwaukee will celebrate the opening of their new location. The first 50 customers who purchase an item will receive a Dickey’s Barbecue Pit gift card loaded with up to $50. “Our guests are very excited about Texas barbecue coming to Milwaukee,” said local owner Larry Visk. “People in Milwaukee love barbecue, country music, baseball and football — it sounds like a win-win situation to me.” The party continues Friday with a day of merchandise giveaways. On Saturday this location will be serving $2 Pulled Pork Barbecue sandwiches and radio station 106.1FM will be on-site from noon to 2:00p.m. There will be giveaways for FREE barbecue for a year and a $500 gift card. Larry and Bianca Visk have lived in the Kenosha area for 22 years. Larry is a master licensed electrician and spent 6 years working in Afghanistan on the military base. Bianca has been teaching piano for 30 years. She has performed all over the U.S and internationally. Larry is already brainstorming on where he would like to build his next Dickey’s Barbecue.
