Meet Harry Chauhan!

We’d like to introduce you to Harry! This family man is an experienced entrepreneur and community leader that loves the Dickey’s Barbecue Restaurants. Harry is proud of the quality of food that he serves in store and enjoys the great feedback that he receives from the community. His willingness to help out in his 2 store locations speaks volumes to his ability to succeed. Harry says that he has found success by supporting his team by being “behind the guys, giving them the support they need.. when things are down, I try to lift them up.. when things are really busy, I’ll get on the line”.

Harry has found much success in his 2 store locations in Florida. One in Ocoee and one in Daytona, with each one be vastly different in terms of clientele and preference. Each store is different with best sellers, for example. For Harry’s Dickey’s Barbecue location in Daytona, the community seems to enjoy brisket more than anything but the Ocoee community loves pulled more sandwiches above all. The Dickey’s classic fall-off-the-bone ribs are an all-around favorite though, even for Harry. We think it goes without saying, but we’ll say it anyway – Harry is serving up the best brisket in Daytona and the Best Pulled Pork Sandwich in Ocoee.

It wasn’t easy for Harry to find the success he has today but by staying the course, he has been able to find his way to the top of the barbecue restaurant food chain. “We opened up the day before they shut down the dining rooms (because of the COVID pandemic) and we just didn’t know where we were going to be…we maintained our presence on 3rd party… our reviews were really high.. eventually in-store dining really picked up and everything else followed suit”, says Harry.
