“Catering sales continue to be a robust business channel for us,” said Roland Dickey, Jr., president and chief executive officer of Dickey’s Barbecue Restaurants, Inc.  “Even in an anemiceconomy, we’re seeing continued expansion in this segment of our business – this includes both business-to-business and consumer catering.” Dickey’s Barbecue national catering hotline vets almost3,000 calls and on-line inquiries monthly and the business heats up during the holidays. 1-866-BARBECUE gives customers direct access to live catering experts who answer questions, customize orders,and recommend options. Catering services ranges from personal box lunches to full-service buffet for any size.
