
Dickey’s Barbecue Pit in Plano Hosts Texas-Sized Customer Event
Dickey’s Barbecue Pit in Plano is throwing a three day party to celebrate 24 years in the Plano community. From Thursday, January 16 through Saturday, January 18, Dickey’s Barbecue Pit in Plano will be offering great deals and giveaways. On Saturday, Roland Dickey, chairman of Dickey’s Barbecue Restaurants, will be stopping by to give away copies of his book, “Mr. Dickey’s Barbecue Cookbook.”
The Plano community has loved Dickey’s Barbecue for many years,” said multi-unit owner Philip Lezar. “We have proudly served the families and businesses of the community and look forward to many more years of serving slow smoked Texas barbecue! I hope everyone will come out and celebrate with us.”
Dickey’s Barbecue in Plano has been around since 1990 and was just purchased by Philip and Megan Lezar who also own the Dickey’s Barbecue Pit in Celina. Thursday, January 16:
The first 50 dine-in customers will receive a Dickey’s Barbecue gift card for up to $50. The next 100 customers will receive a FREE meal plate voucher with the purchase of a drink.
Friday, January 17:
The celebration continues with $2 Pulled Pork Big Barbecue sandwiches and a special appearance by Roland Dickey who will be giving away 50 free cookbooks. Radio station 96.3 FM will also be onsite from noon to 2:00p.m.
Saturday, January 18:
Customers with enjoy a day full of merchandise giveaways including t-shirts, koozies and sunglasses.
