Dickey’s Barbecue Pit Opens New Location in Central Arkansas

(Bryant, AR) On Thursday, September 12 at 11 a.m. the new Dickey’s in Bryant will open its doors and the first 50 dine-in customers who purchase an item on that day will receive a Dickey’s gift card fully loaded with up to $50.

On Friday, the party continues with $2 Pulled Pork Big Barbecue sandwiches from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and a drawing for a $500 gift card good at Dickey’s Barbecue Pit. Also, radio station KSSN 96 FM will be on site with additional prizes.

“We can’t wait to celebrate opening with the Bryant community,” said owner Wesley Thomas. “We’re looking forward to bringing the best barbecue to central Arkansas.”

Thomas is originally from Hot Springs but has had a career in the automobile industry in the Little Rock Area.  He has a degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management from The University of North Texas.  That is where he originally became a fan of Dickey’s Barbecue Pit.

“Dickey’s Barbecue is a great concept and I was hooked from the start,” said owner Thomas, who eventually plans to open locations in West Little Rock and Hot Springs. “Bryant is a fun, family friendly community — I just know Central Arkansas is going to love our food!”
