Slow Smoked Texas Barbecue Coming to Vienna

“Opening a Dickey’s Barbecue Pit is a chance to do what I love, while introducing Texas barbecue to the Northern Virginia area,” said local general manager and franchise partner, Keith Melvin. “I’ve eaten barbecue all over the country. I always remembered Dickey’s for its great barbecue and the Big Yellow Cup.”
Friday, come on in for Dickey’s Barbecue merchandise giveaways. Saturday, radio station DC 101 will be on-site from noon to 2:00p.m and this location will be serving $2 pulled pork barbecue sandwiches. There will also be a lucky winner chosen for a $500 gift card.
“We’re located in the Merrifield, Falls Church and Vienna area where there is a huge population of families and singles looking for high-quality, fast casual options,” said Melvin. “We’re so excited to bring Dickey’s Barbecue Pit to this community.”
