My family has been in restaurants my whole life, so I have experience with several other franchise concepts. So far, I can say that I appreciate how Dickey’s invests upfront in its business and its people. Communication has been great as we have settled in with Dickey’s. I have been able to get any questions answered by the home office, and now we have an online forum to talk with other Owner/Operators, so I feel that I am heard. I’m looking forward to opening several locations in my home state and am proud to be a Dickey’s Owner/Operator.

Dickey’s has grown a lot, and with that growth has evolved its communications. I am very happy with the two-way communication we have now. Dickey’s has changed a lot in 16 years, but the best change has been our marketing. I’ve noticed that we reach more people now with the way we do our marketing. Overall, I’m very happy with my decision to join and stay with Dickey’s. I’ve been successful with this concept because of their ongoing training and reinforcing the standards.
